Pricing & contracts
What's the contract length?
Month-to-month. No long-term contracts, no exit fees. We earn the next month every month.
What if it doesn't work?
You cancel any time. We don't lock in clients with paperwork — we keep them with results. If something isn't working, we'd rather hear it and fix it than lose the relationship over it.
Do you offer custom pricing?
Yes. The two tiers cover most local businesses, but if you have specific needs — multiple locations, e-commerce, custom integrations — we'll quote it directly. Just ask on the contact page.
Process & timeline
How long until I see results?
Sites go live in 1–2 weeks. Local SEO momentum typically shows up between 60 and 120 days, depending on competition in your area and how clean your starting position is. Some moves — like Google Business Profile cleanup — show results in days, not months.
What's actually included monthly?
Site edits and updates, content additions, on-page SEO work, Google Business Profile posts and review responses, technical maintenance, and a monthly report showing rankings, traffic, and what we worked on. No black box.
Do I need to do anything?
Less than you think. Initial discovery call (30 min), occasional review of what we ship, and forwarding any photos or testimonials your way. We handle the rest.

Why not just hire a freelancer or use Wix?
You absolutely can. Freelancers and DIY builders work — for some businesses. The trade-off is consistency: a freelancer disappears for two weeks, a builder limits how technical you can get with SEO. We exist for owners who'd rather hand it off and have it handled.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No reputable agency will. Google's algorithm shifts and competitor moves are outside our control. What we do guarantee: we'll do the work, we'll show you exactly what we did, and we'll move quickly when something needs to change.
Who actually does the work?
Kelo Media works in small batches with a small team — so the person you talk to is the person doing the work. No layers, no junior account managers, no project handoffs.
