Recent work

Service business websites, shipped.

We're a young agency. We don't promise ranking results we can't prove yet — what we ship is the foundation. A site built to rank, a Google Business Profile cleaned up, and the technical SEO done right. Here's the recent work.

How we frame results

Honest about what we ship.

Most agency portfolios lead with hero metrics — "tripled their leads in 60 days." We don't. We'd rather earn trust than borrow it. Below you'll find two sections: real client work we've shipped for paying clients, and example demo builds we've put together to show what we ship for service businesses across different niches.

Real or demo, every site is built from scratch — no templates, no page builders, no recycled themes. The website is the foundation. Rankings, leads, and visibility come from the work that follows.

Real client work

Real client work.

Two paid client engagements. Each project includes the website foundation, technical SEO setup, and the conversion infrastructure that gives the work a chance to drive leads, calls, and local visibility. We don't claim ranking results we can't prove — we describe what we shipped.

01

California Concrete & Design

Epoxy & stamped concrete · Bakersfield, CA

calconcretedesign.com →

What we built. Custom multi-page website — hand-coded HTML and CSS, no page builder. Service pages for epoxy flooring and stamped concrete, project gallery with real job photography, quote-request form on Netlify Forms with honeypot spam filtering, exit-intent capture for visitors leaving without a quote.

SEO setup. Local schema and service-area markup baked in from day one. Optimized title tags, meta descriptions, and heading structure. Mobile-first responsive layout, sub-2-second load times. URL structure built around how customers search ("epoxy floors Bakersfield" not "/services-1").

Built to drive. Local search visibility in the Central Valley and conversions from visitor to quote request or phone call. Foundation in place to compete for local rankings — no specific ranking results claimed.

02

Under Pressure Power Wash

Residential & commercial pressure washing · Tennessee

underpressurepowerwashing.org →

What we built. Custom website serving two distinct audiences — residential and commercial pressure washing. Separate service paths, click-to-call buttons throughout, quote form, service descriptions written for the way customers search rather than the way operators talk.

SEO setup. Local schema, mobile-first build, structured for service-area expansion. Title tags and meta descriptions targeting high-intent local searches in the Tennessee market.

Built to drive. Phone-call leads and local visibility for both residential and commercial pressure washing customers. No specific ranking results claimed.

Example demo builds

Example demo builds.

The builds below are demos and concept builds — not paid client engagements. They show the kind of website and SEO foundation we ship for service businesses across different niches and markets. No client outcomes claimed, no real results to report. Useful as a reference for what's possible.

01

AWP

Demo build · Exterior cleaning · Astoria, OR

Concept. A clean online presence for an exterior cleaning operator in a smaller, less saturated market.

What's shown. Mobile-first single-page demo with service descriptions, click-to-call, and a quote form. Lean structure built for markets where one fast-loading page outperforms a sprawling site.

Foundation. Local schema and service-area markup. Optimized for the regional searches that matter in less competitive markets.

02

Eddie Richardson Pressure Washing

Demo build · Pressure washing · Bay City, TX

Concept. A credible digital presence for a pressure washing operator relying primarily on word-of-mouth.

What's shown. Custom single-page demo with click-to-call, quote form, and service tiles for typical bookings. Photo placeholders sized for real job photography.

Foundation. Mobile-first, fast load, location and schema markup so a Texas market would be findable for the relevant local searches.

03

H.K. & Sons

Demo build · Residential & fleet washing · Florida

Concept. A single-business demo serving two distinct buyers — residential pressure washing and commercial fleet work — without confusing either.

What's shown. Clear split between the residential and fleet service paths. Each side has its own messaging, gallery slots, and quote flow. Click-to-call as primary CTA across both.

Foundation. Local schema, service-area markup, mobile-first. Internal linking structured so each service path holds its own authority.

04

Andy Services

Demo build · Soft washing · Indiana

Concept. A soft washing-led positioning that differentiates from generic pressure washers.

What's shown. Single-page custom demo with copy that leads on soft washing — what it is, when it's the right call, why it matters for siding and roofs. Click-to-call and quote capture throughout.

Foundation. Mobile-first, schema markup, fast load. Title tags and meta descriptions targeting "soft washing [city]" searches rather than the broader "pressure washing" category.

05

Stone Cold

Demo build · Residential exterior · Utah

Concept. A digital presence concept for a residential exterior cleaning operator launching from scratch in an established market.

What's shown. Clean single-page custom demo with service descriptions, click-to-call, and a quote form. Visual hierarchy designed to hold attention long enough to convert a phone-first audience.

Foundation. Mobile-first, local schema, fast load. Set up for service-area expansion.

06

Phillips Apex

Demo build · Pressure washing

Concept. A credible online home for a pressure washing operator — one that turns phone-tappers into quote-form-fillers.

What's shown. Custom single-page demo with conversion-focused layout: service tiles, click-to-call as the dominant CTA, quote form at the natural decision point in the page flow.

Foundation. Schema markup, mobile-first build, optimized title and meta. Built for fast iteration into service-area pages once foundation proves out.

07

Mr. Arcanjos

Demo build · Pressure washing · California

Concept. A credible local-search presence concept for a California pressure washing operator in a competitive market.

What's shown. Custom single-page demo with click-to-call, quote form, and service tiles. Visual treatment matched to a more design-conscious California audience.

Foundation. Mobile-first, schema markup, fast load. Built knowing California local search is competitive — foundation has to be done right to compete on rankings.

08

Dr. Showers

Demo build · Cleaning specialist · New Jersey

Concept. A cleaning specialist with a focused service offering — site that explains the service clearly and makes booking simple.

What's shown. Single-page custom demo with service explanation, click-to-call, and quote-request form. Copy written to address the specific questions customers ask before they pick up the phone.

Foundation. Mobile-first, local markup, fast load. Schema set up for the specific service category rather than a generic cleaning catch-all.

What's consistent

The foundation that ships on every project.

Different niches, different markets, different starting positions — but the technical foundation we ship doesn't change. Every site above includes the same baseline of local SEO and conversion infrastructure, because that's what gives the work a chance to rank later.

A

Custom-coded, no templates

Hand-built HTML & CSS

Every site is built from scratch. No WordPress themes, no Wix, no Squarespace. The result is faster page loads, cleaner code for Google to crawl, and a site that doesn't look like ten other operators in the same market.

B

Mobile-first, sub-2-second load

Built for phone-first traffic

Most local service searches happen on a phone. Sites are designed mobile-first and tested for sub-2-second load times — page speed is a ranking signal and a conversion signal.

C

Local schema & service-area markup

The technical SEO baseline

Local Business schema, service-area markup, optimized title tags, meta descriptions, and heading structure. The technical foundation that tells Google what you do and where you do it.

D

Click-to-call & quote capture

Built around the phone-call buyer

Local service business buyers call. Click-to-call is the primary CTA on every page. Quote forms are positioned at the natural decision point. Exit-intent capture is added where the volume justifies it.
